This 12-bed, gender-inclusive, emergency shelter for youth ages 10 to 20, provides short-term housing, case management and crisis intervention to runaway and homeless youth in Nassau County.

Located in West Hempstead, Lakeview provides a therapeutic environment for adolescents, ages 13-18, with serious emotional disturbances who need a structured community setting to result in outcomes of successful functioning and integration back into the family, community, or independent living.

Located in Freeport, this transitional independent living program for young adults, ages 16-20. Walkabout prepares homeless adolescents and young adults for independent living by assisting with job interviews, resumes, creating a budget and overall planning for the future.

Located in Elmont, this 24-hour supervised home for adults ages 18 – 59, serves men and women by assisting them in learning the skills necessary to move on to a more independent living environment.
