ACT provides multidisciplinary services to adults with severe and persistent mental illness. The treatment team is comprised of psychiatry, nursing and various other mental health professionals providing intensive services at a convenient location.

The HWCLI Healthcare Access Team helps clients find a health insurance plan that best fits their medical and financial needs. Certified navigators help individuals and families enroll for free or low-cost health insurance plans through the NY State of Health Marketplace. Open Enrollment Period will remain open for all Marketplace programs for the duration of the federal public health emergency.
