The Retreat

through a confidential, 24-hour bilingual hotline, counseling, legal advocacy, prevention education, and emergency shelter. The William Randolph Hearts Public Advocacy Center was developed to have an impact on social justice, legal training, and the lives of countless individuals in and beyond the local community.
