Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic- provides comprensive coordinated mental health and substance use services to individuals across the life span

PROS- Personalized Recovery Oriented Services- a structured day program for adults seeking to build practical life skills, maintain stability, and achieve wellness goals. Ideally for those who benefit from a routine, peer support, and structured goal setting

CORE- Community Oriented Recovery & Empowerment Services- Mobile, person centered behavioral health services designed to meet individuals where they are- physically, emotionally, and in their recovery process. This resource is specifically for folks that are eligible for Health and Recovery Plan (HARP)

Family Suppory Groups- A peer led space for loved ones facing mental health challenges to support connection, shared experience, and practice tools to navigate the recovery journey together

Assertive Community Treatment (ACT): offer individualized support for adults (18+) living with serious mental illness and substance use conditions — focused on promoting recovery, community integration, and overall wellness. ACT is a mobile, multidisciplinary programs that deliver wraparound behavioral health services to individuals with complex needs. ACT teams include: Mental health clinicians, nurses, peer specialists, prescribers, and other professional offering

Skills unlimited Outpatient Mental Health Treatment- provides behavioral health services to individuals in need. Assessment, psych evaluation, medication, talk therapy, group therapy, advocacy.

Integrated Outpatient Services- outpatient mental health services serving children, adolescents and adults with behavioral health issues.

Mental Health Outpatient Services- for people with a MI diagnosis- priority for services given to those with serious and persistent mentally ill adults and children.
