Services for homeless or housing insecure Veterans

The Supportive Services for Veteran Families (SSVF) program prevents homelessness by helping very low-income Veterans and their families gain access to the resources they need in order to successfully transition to, or maintain, permanent housing.

Services include case management, crisis services, supportive housing, vocational counseling, transportation, and street outreach

Services include peer support, SSVF, housing services, food pantry, community resources, case management

Provides a transitional housing facility for homeless male and female veterans. The program serves veterans who are eligible for, and possibly in need of, health care and other veteran specific services.

SSVF aims to improve very low-income veteran families' housing stability by rapidly re-housing veterans who are currently experiencing homelessness. The program also offers homelessness prevention assistance to eligible veteran households.
