Bridge Back to Life is an outpatient behavioral health provider offering substance use disorder and mental health treatment services. Programs include individual and group counseling, medication-assisted treatment (MAT), psychiatric services, and helping people achieve and maintain long-term recovery.

SOAR- Specialized Opportunities for Achiveing Recovery- a flexible program for people in recovery that prefer a more open format. Participation is minimum once weekly, with the opportunity to attend several days a week

Intensive Outpatient Program- providing individual and group therapy as a part of an intensive program

Outpatient Drug and Alcohol Treatment- services to help individuals struggling with alcohol and drug abuse disorders

Counseling & Referral for people experiencing substance use challenges

**Family Education and Support Services- workshops for families who are living with someone who is actively abusing substances. This is a three part series to address the disease of alcoholism and drug addiction

**Screening, Brief Intervention, and Referrals to Treatement (SBIRT)- offers screening, brief intevention and referrals to treatement for individuals and families facing the challenges of addiction

Drug and Alcohol Detoxification Program- medically supervised detoxification to help reduce the physiological and psychological risks for ages 18 and older.

Chemical Dependency Rehabilitation Program- a 40 bed inpatient unit at St. Charles Hospital that is designed to promote recovery for chemically dependent patients.

A 22 bed residential facility for women who are in the recovery process for alcohol and/or chemical dependence. The average stay ranges from 8-12 months and is individualized based on circumstances and needs. Referrals must be made from in-patient rehab, outpatient treatmenet, stabilization programs or legal entities

Recovery House is a 22 bed reintergration residential facility for men who are in the recovery process from alcohol and/or chemical dependence. Referrals must be made from in-patient rehab, outpatient treatmenet, stabilization programs or legal entities

A short term residential setting for individuals who are in a situation of crisis as a result of alcohol or substance abuse problems. Services are for adults 18 years or older with a primary DSM-5 diagnosis of substance abuse disorder with or without occurring mental illness

Addiction Services- South Oaks can provide inpatient detoxification and rehabilitation

Inpatient Treatment: a 100 bed inpatient treatment facility providing detox and inpatient rehabilitation to folks struggling with alcohol or substances. *Serving people 16 years or older*

Outpatient Treatment: designed for people who need addiction treatment while continuing to live, work, attend school, or care for family. Treatment begins with a thorough evaluation to determine the level of care that is right for each person.
